Set on 35 acres, Kaiwarra Cottages provide a number of self-contained cabins for families and groups. The peaceful rural setting is abundant in water birds, wildflowers and native animals depending on the season. Kaiwarra Cottages can accommodate up to 60 people at any one time.

Our In-House Restaurant, Kaiwarra Food Barn, serves a variety of meals all day long.

  Cancellation Policy

  1. In the case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking less than 48 hours (2 days), 100% cancellation and amendment fee of the total booking amount applies. 4 days (96hours). if you cancel or amend your booking less more than 48 hours (2 days) a 1 night cancellation and amendment fee will apply.
